INTRODUCTION

A band of daring mice has infiltrated the Cheese Master's mansion, aiming to steal the legendary Golden Cheese. 

But their plan has been compromised— a cunning guard cat has already captured one of their own… and slipped into their ranks in disguise! 

Who’s truly a fellow mouse, and who’s the hidden enemy? 

Can you complete the mission and escape with the cheese before it’s too late— or will the cat pick you off one by one?  

In this game of bluff, betrayal, and survival, only one side will emerge victorious.

FACTION GOAL

MICE WIN:  More than half reach the CheeseRoom.         

CAT WIN: More than half are eliminated.


SET UP

1. Unfold the map. Four players sit at the marked spots and place their character tokens on Start .

2. Put the spinner house    in the map centre. Place Cheese, Mousetrap, and Empty in separate compartments, close the lid and spin to randomize.

3. Remove all Soul Cheese   from the Function deck and place them at the table corner.

4. Each player takes four AP tokens and keeps them beside themselves (do not mix).

5. Shuffle the remaining Function    and Map      decks separately.

6. Choose any player to start; play proceeds clockwise.


TURN ACTION

Each turn you have 4 AP:

       Move 1 tile = 1 AP.

Move to any adjacent, passable tile.

       Draw Map (1) = 1 AP. 

Draw 1 Map; keep it or place it. 
Mousetraps trigger immediately (cannot be kept).

       Draw Function (1) = 3 AP. 

Draw 1 Function; keep or play it.

 Use Function (X) = 0 AP. 

Using Function card won't cost any AP.

Use any combination of these actions up to 4 AP. 

End your turn when done.

Any card with NOW (Recycle, Objection, Disarm Trap) below the title can be played even if it’s not your turn
**Hand limit**

You may have at most 7 cards in hand at the end of your turn (Maps + Functions). Discard immediately if over. 

Playing cards from your hand is not restricted by AP.



MAP FUNCTIONAL AREA

          Player Start

           Teleport Tunnel 

  • While on this space, you may teleport to any other teleport space with the same icon without spending AP.

           Golden Treasure   ----  1AP

  • While on this space, You may pay 1 AP to draw 1 Functioncard. After use, this space is deactivated.

         Silver Treasure   ---- 2AP

  • While on this space, You may pay 2 AP to draw 1 Functioncard. After use, this space is deactivated.

          Soul Cheese

  • The first player to reach this space gains one Soul Cheese tohand.

All the functional area canbe the cross passage to go.

MAP PLACEMENT GUIDE

As long as there is any available interface, regardless of the player's chess piece position, the player can pave the way at any interface on the map.

* When placing, there must be an interface that can be connected

After the center of the circle (Garden), players do not need to lay a map and can move directly between any connected grid cells.


SPECIAL EXPLANATION ABOUT CAT

The cat has 2 forms:
Cat acts as a Mouse before transforming. 
Can eliminate Mice only after transformation.


Two Ways to Transform into Cat Form:

1. Use a Soul Cheese at any time and location to transform.

*Soul Cheese can only be obtained through maps*

               When using Soul Cheese...

   1. If the Cat transforms voluntarily, it may steal 3 cards from another player.
    2. If the Cat is exposed by a Mouse, it loses one turn

2. Automatically transform upon first entering the Cheese Room or Trap Room.

Cat Abilities  [After Transformation]
1. The hand limit increases from 7 to 12.
2. The number of Action Points (AP) per turn increases from 4 to 6

3. Spend 2 AP to eliminate a Mouse in the same tile.
4. Inherit all cards from the eliminated Mouse.
5. Can Spin the house each turn by abandoning 3 function cards.
